Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If the item(s) you ordered are damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery date with your order number, name, address, and telephone number. We will require a photo and any details to review your case.

If you are receiving a refund from us, the credit may take up to five business days before the refund is reflected on your account statement. The amount will be refunded back to the account used in the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at contact@branddriver.com as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund your order. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we will be unable to cancel your order.
